Kiss of hops and vaguely spicy. Long rich sweet maltiness. Yeasty and a bit spicy, but no single spice sticks out, could be the yeast for all I know. I really like this. Strong head and a magnificent golden colour. This beer is so inviting that you just need to smell and taste it. And you won´t be dissapointed. It smells and tastes just as good as it looks. skaughty (621), Marietta, Georgia, USA

The spices keep this dry at first, but can’t contain the sweetness in the finish. The palate holds on to the banana and cloves. A solid winter warmer. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA

Alcohol aroma with a hint of maltiness and fruit. Moderate alcohol taste and mild sweetness with a touch of fruit. Decent. TC2642 (265), Worcester, Worcestershire, England

Taste wise there was lots of Caramel and spice. A rather pleasant beer. Aurelius (2660), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 16, 2004 An almost wit-like spicy/fruity aroma at times, yeasty, toasted malt. Great label, mostly clear ruby brown with a lingering khaki head. The flavor was surprisingly dry, given the aroma. A peppery spice that I can’t quite put my finger on, tangy acidity and tart fruitiness. Pretty smooth, though it wasn’t as complex as I might have liked for the money. Palate left me wanting a bit more sturdiness as well, but overall very good. biermonk (259), San Francisco, California, USA

Fresh St. Feuillien Nöel is a bit to alcoholic. Aged the the flavours really come thru, the ale is smoother due to no alcohol-sharpness
