0.33l bottle (this bottle says 6.5%). This is a clear deep caramel-brown colored beer with a big good looking slightly fluffy off-white head. It smells a bit different this. Hard to describe, but I get references to pine and gin. Also, it’s floral and typical Belgian. Lots of herbs. I like it. On the mouthfeel it’s slick oily and the carbonation level is about average. Spruce, wild forest, herbs and again gin in the taste. Not to much bitterness, but it feels herbal and the caramel is noticeable. Nice yeasty flavors in the finish. Is this a Easter brew? If it is, I can fully support drinking this outside in the steaking sun after a long day on the skies. 16.03.2013

33cl. Bottle. Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma strawberries, citrus, spice, herbs, flowers, caramel, fresh. Taste little caramel sweet, nice hoppy bitter. Mouthfeel creamy, lively carbo. Great spring beer!

SperkeleForce (134) - FINLAND - APR 13, 2013
Bottle 33 cl. Pours mahogany, copper reddish color with smooth slight bubbly head. Notes of floral, soapy, caramel, yeast, slightly metallic and alcohol. Slightly bitter and alcohol taste in the finish. Too one sided with not much of complexity. This one needs bit longer to warm up and not to drink too cold. After that more aromas and taste started to emerge. Like notes of orange and some fruits.

Countbeer (2853) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 13, 2013
Live rating from the 2,5 hour train ride tasting session 2013: Bottle: Medium sized lively harsher and creamy foamy head that changes quick an leaves a thick lacing on top of an almost clear orange colored beer. Looks good. Aromas of fruit, orange, pine, soda pop, flowers, soap, some hops and some herbs. Bit of a summer smell. Flavour is spicy, coriander, some clove, creamy, fruits like orange, apricot and peach, some harher grains, light yeasty, loght hop tones and some herbs. Aftertaste is spicy, malty, flowery and some fruity tones. Low carbo, soft cremay mouthfeel, medium body and a texture which is good creamy. Bit strangely balanced with the spices but absolutely not bad.
