This beer pours a light copper with a nice white head. The aroma is of dried plums, apples and a hint of hops. When it comes to flavour the dried fruits continues, but pepper, alcohol and a hint of sweet malt mixes in. Unfortunately there is a metallic, cabbage-like off-flavour in the end. But still a descent beer for the lamb...

Draught at Plan B, May 2006. Reddish colour Served rather cold to pick up much aroma. Lots of berry fruit in the flavour. Smooth and quite soft, with a surprisingly light body. Decent enough.

Brown beer with medium head. Sweet malty aroma with toffee and overripe fruits. Malty and spicy flavor with toffee, fruits and discrete bitter finish.

Flaske.

Very fine dark golden look with an awsome thick dense thise head. Aroma is very yeasty, with fresh notes of orange peels and acid. Flavor is sweet at first with acidic notes, in the end a fine hob profile comes through and leaves a sleightly dry finish. Very nice easter brew

Mungo (2471) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - APR 17, 2007
Draught @ Poechenellekelder, Brussels. Copper. Herbal spcy hops. Anise and overpowering herbs almost like Pastis overpower the malt with slight caramel. Although this seemed quite pleasant initially the more I drank the more it seemed like pastis beer .

omhper (20712) - Tyres, SWEDEN - APR 12, 2007
Draught at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Clear dark amber, small head. Aroma of cinnamon and orange peels. Rather dry with clean mouthfeel. Grainy malt creates a medium body, and there are light notes of almonds and raspberries. A well balanced, fairly complex beer.

[Tasted eastertime 2004.] Amber coulered with huge head. Spicefruity aroflavor and lots of yeastnotes. In the sweeter end. More sweet than their Nel, but less alcoholic. Exclusive brewed for the danish market, which is remarkable. Got it for the price of 25 kr = 3,3 Euro.
