Draught at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Clear dark amber, small head. Aroma of cinnamon and orange peels. Rather dry with clean mouthfeel. Grainy malt creates a medium body, and there are light notes of almonds and raspberries. A well balanced, fairly complex beer.

Amber coulered with huge head. Spicefruity aroflavor and lots of yeastnotes. In the sweeter end. More sweet than their Nöel, but less alcoholic. Exclusive brewed for the danish market, which is remarkable. Got it for the price of 25 kr = 3,3 Euro.

Bottle. Nice big fizzy slightly off-white head that mostly diminished. Some lacing to be observed in glass. Body was clear with light partials in flow. Color was golden. Aroma was caramel, fruit, yeast, spicy, smoke, licorice. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and a light alcoholic and dry texture. Flavor was light to moderated sweet. Some bitterness could be felt. Nice licorice dry finish. Excellent Easter beer! Don’t know if this quit fits into the Dubbel theme.

The head is silky smooth and lasting, the color is nice. The mouth feel is nice and full. It’s sweet in a fruity and spicy way with notes of lavender, roasted malt, caramel, a hint of elderberry and weak hints of citrus. The finish is nice and long, and it’s a nice Easter beer.
