Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy orange color with a white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel aroma with weak yeasty hints. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel yeasty finish.

Bottle Medium to bigger sized, vast but pretty quick changing fluffy creamy beige colored foamy head, on top of a murky dark orange to brown colored beer. Aromas of raisin, creamy malts, prunes, light vinous, caramel, some red fruit and toast. Flavours of malts, barleys, creamy spices, hint of alcohol, caramel, prunes, bitters, some yeast, toast, hints of molasses and herbs. Aftertaste is malty with creamy tones, some prunes, spices and caramel. Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a cry texture. Well balanced and easy drinkable, but expected more.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Unclear dark amber/brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, caramel, dark fruit and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, dark fruits, medium sweet, spices, little plume and a little anise.

Unclear matt medium amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, spicy, sweet and fruity, amis seed. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, yeasty, anis seed. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber/red - offwhite head. Phenolic, anis, spicy, nutty, sweetness, tannins, wooden, sharp alcoholic, toasted, cinnamon, yeasty, caramel, light breadish notes.

Bottle. Pours unclear light brown with minimal white head. Aroma is pear, flowers, caramel, maize, prune, wort, fatty, red apple, wood. Taste is near heavy sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, carbonation is high. Finishes sweet and a little hot.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange-red coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, dried fruits and licorice powder. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel. Sweet finish. Very carbonated.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, light wooden and yeasty. Wineous, caramelish, wooden. High carbonation. Dry, toasted malty and caramelish into a light wooden finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, dusty hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, wood, alcohol, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
