Fruity and yeasty smell. Hop. Similar taste, dry and bitter with a slightly harsh mouthfeel. A bit like sparkled wine.

Pours a cloudy yellow. Smells fruity, yeasty, and herby. Tastes of citrus, sweet fruitiness with a spicy aftertaste that lingers. A nice complex flavor.

Fruitée, agrumes, légère amertume, bon retour en bouche. Une classique belge, à juste titre.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light orange body with lots of foamy white head, big bubbles. A blast of sweet grape and spritzy tang on the aroma, candy. Taste is sweet and yeasty, fruit, candy, a touch of acidic bitterness in the end. Overall a really nice belgian strong ale.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lasting frothy white head atop a cloudy gold body. Nose of lemon citrus, mellow Belgian yeast. Flavour is surprisingly more spiced then the aroma, some smooth vanilla and yeasty finish. Nice.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330 ml bottle, cellar aged approx. 1.5 years. Fruity, lightly winey aroma, some floral touches and honey along with suggestions of alcohol, doughy yeast, golden raisin, slight phenols and pale malt in the background. Lightly hazy medium golden color with a slight, fading head. Flavor profile is gently sweet, honeyish, herbal and moderately bitter, some bread crust, white grape and dried flowers here, and finishing with a touch of peppery alcoholic warmth, much drier at the close as well. Low in effervescence, full and lightly syrupy on the palate with a suitably big body. Unique and interesting character, not quite like anything else I’ve sampled to date.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 750 ml at home, into a tulip. ABV 9.5%
Nice looking golden colour, hazy body. Thin white head, two fingers in heifg, with average retention and light lacing on the glass.
Aroma is fruity with peaches, also some light floral notes, bubblegum,
Taste is fruity too, light citrus, with yeast notes that fade away as I drink it. A bit of grass too. Aftertaste also fruity with a touch of bitterness.
Medium body, high carbonation.
Quite nice and very refreshing, I could do with less carbo.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
2nd bottle I've had of these. First one was 4-5 months ago. Looks lovely. Highly carbed - fluffy white head that stays throughout and pale yellow hazy. Aroma is noble hops (I think), yeastiness. Taste is crisp, Belgian yeast, a bit buttery maybe. Dry aftertaste with a slight nasty twang. Didn't really like this before. Really quite like it now.
