Grand Cru is a speciality beer carefully crafted by Belgium’s St Feuillien Brewery. This extra-blond amber nectar masterpiece undergoes refermentation in the bottle, resulting in a beer endowed with unforgettable character. The secret lies in the unique combination of the most noble hops and the finest aromatic ingredients. Grand Cru differs from other beers in the range by its absence of spices. Its full, white head is light and frothy, and when poured it creates a subtle lace effect. The very pale colour of Grand Cru lends clarity and brilliance to its body.
Grand Cru’s delicate nose is a veritable cascade of hoppy aromas with hints of fruitiness coupled with subtlety and sheer richness.
When savoured, the first sip is light and intriguing. The next impression is one of a slight bitterness full of captivating nuances. When it hits the palate, Grand Cru creates a lingering moment of hoppiness, rounded off by an intense yet pleasant bitterness.

330 ml bottle. Pale golden colour with a slight haze. Tall white fine laced head. Crisp refreshing soapy aroma. Light bodied. High carbonation level. Dry and sweet at the same time. Nice citrusy flavours. Sweet lemons. Coriander. Smoky dusty hops. Nicely balanced. Very drinkable. I like it a lot.

Alcohol content is hidden well. Good frothy head, otherwise nothing else really stands out. Either very subtle or very well-balanced.

Bottled. Pours clear golden and a large, short living white head, leaving a fair lacing. Nose of yeast, caramel and spice. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry with alcohol notes. Medium to full bodied, oily texture and soft CO2. Nice indeed. ★★★★

grass, lemon, pepper, flowers and spice on the nose. This beer seems like a monster, tastes amazing. All the flavors meld into a floral mix of a carbonated burst of flavors that like; citrus, pepper, lemon peel, must. Very dry, it finishes so clean, what a bad ass beer.

Bottle from Bruisin’ Ales in Asheville. Lovely light, slightly hazy gold pour with a soft white head. Not as much lacing as expected. Nose is honey, soft fruits, gentle hops... overall a subtle aroma. Taste is quite sweet at first, but ends dry.

330 mL bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden with a large white head. Smells of sweet apple, sugary candy, other fruits, slightly tart. Flavors of apple and pale malt together with candy sugar, fairly dry. Simple, but pretty nice.
