COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A summer seasonal Wit beer from the St. Feuillien brewery. La Blanche from St-Feuillien reflects a unique combination of white beer and triple characteristics, thirst-quenching, aroma, high density and bitterness. The colour is slightly blonde with an opaque, cloudy appearance. Its head is creamy, white and compact. It has a distinctive aroma of wheat beer with a delicate note of orange peel. The body shows a contrasted blend of light bitterness which become more and more intense and the wheat beer thirst-quenching characteristic. This beer has an impressive lingering taste.

Draft. Pour is a straw gold with a good and lasting white head. Aroma is citrus, corriander, banana, lemon. Taste is soft wheat malt with lots of fruit (banana, orange, lemon) and a nice yeasty softness. Palate is creamy, light body, soft carobnation, clean finish. Just a really nice summer wit, so good that I got two!

Draft at 33. Pours a pale, cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of dry malts, bread, wheat, mild spice, minerals, and banana. Flavor of straw, cereal, mild spice, wheat, lemon citrus, dough, and banana. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, bready mouthfeel. Not a whole lot to say about it, but nice.

On draught at Delaney’s, pretty surprised like Cletus tha this hasnt received more ratings, but there you go. Nice wit coloring and aroma that usually isnt too strong from a wit unless there is some artificial flavors, but this seemed like a pretty pure witbier. Nice crisp lean flavor of spice, a little orange, coriandor, all the rest that are normal for a witbier. Very much a middle of the road white except for the abv, it will catch up with you very quickly.

On tap at Rose & Crown. Pours hazy yellowish in color with a lasting two-finger fluffy white head. Nice aroma - very wheaty with citrus peel, Belgian yeast, and a little banana. Well-balanced and tasty, only slightly sweet, with a very light wheaty taste, orange and lemon zest, Belgian yeast, and spice. The mouthfeel is amazing on this beer. Incredibly silky and smooth, like air almost. Medium-light body, but not at all watery, just incredibly smooth. A very nice witbier overall. Extremely drinkable.

Draught at Delaneys. How am I the first person to rate this one? Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of ginger, coriander, peppery, perfumy. Tastes of ginger, some sweet wheat, peppery, some citrussy splashes. Grassy finish.
