St-Feuillien’s Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde beer, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang.Judge for yourself. 750s and 20L kegs only. In first instance, for export to the USA only.

750ml bottle. I started with the regular St-Feuillien Saison which had a sweet golden ale kind of aroma, a clear gold color & a nice farmhouse flavor profile of spice, a hint of hay in the finish and a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. A really refreshing beer that perfectly matched the hot summer weather. It is a great straight saison and available in Japan at a decent price to boot.

Bought a bottle at Bert’s Bierhuis. Has a hazy blond color and a large soapy white head which stays very long. The carbonation is nice with little bubbles. Aroma of hops, grass, lemon and wood. It’s an easy to drink beer with a fresh and bitter taste. The aftertaste is a little dry and has a medium bitter. An excellent saison. Just as good as saison dupont.

Psyched to see a canned Belgian Saison - very smooth with a somewhat unique melon overlay

A vibrant amber body supports a fading 2" frothy white head leaving spatters of lace all around
Honeydew, passion fruit, and apricot mingle with yeasty white pepper and grass, silky smooth medium light body with very well controlled carbonation and nicely drying residuals echoing the nose and taste fading into bold piney grass

Bottle. Hazy golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of white pepper, bread, grain, flowers and earth. Taste is dry to light sweet and light bitter with notes of bread, flowers. Feels like a blonde? (Can’t really read my notes). Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation.

A glowing orange color. Warm spicy fruit smells. Light citrus spicy yeast finish. Refreshingly smooth even with its spicy farmish flavors.

(11.2oz can). Floral aroma with Belgian yeast and some nice funk. Slightly hazy with bright gold complexion. The flavor is mildly sour with some crispness. Faint spices in finish. Hard to have only one. Essential for summer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice belgian one with great look, big carbo, big head and some nice aromas of vanilla and hops. Bit bitter in the end but this one is a typical example for a thick belgian piwo. Thumbs up.

Nice, spicy saison with a lot of Belgian yeast character. In a tulip glass on draft with a lemony yellow color, some off white heading, and a lovely floral aroma.

Big bottle. Cloudy dark amber colour with low creamy head and medium body. Nose of Belgian yeast. Taste of fresh Belgian yeast, straw, coriander, herbs, mild hops and cardamom. Quite bitter finish. Good and solid.
