COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
St-Feuillien’s Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde beer, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang.Judge for yourself. 750s and 20L kegs only. In first instance, for export to the USA only.

Pours barely hazy, light golden color, with a nice fluffy white, lasting head. Nice earthy hop in the nose; yeasty. Well conditioned; a pleasant, carbonic bite. Medium light body. Long hoppy finish, very refreshing. Overall a great saison; must be an excellent summer quencher!

"the cork looked like it wanted out, and sounded like a gunshot, but no foaming. way fruitier in aroma and taste (and less spices) than the Hennepin, and a touch of tart at the end. Would be a nice soft beer except for the overcarbonation that is almost common in so many belgian beers. takes away from the feel and overall experience, but it’s still pretty good."

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a medium white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of pear, spice and lemon. Flavour of white pepper and orange and. Easy drinking for the strength. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. A solid, peppery Saison.

can poured into standard pint. Moderate aromas of earthy spices. Comes through with a pleasantly light mouthfeel but plenty of spice. Spicy and well carbonated, but not quite the malt backbone I’d look for in a farmhouse ale.

Bottle. Hazy orange, white head. Dry orangepeel and grass aroma. Dry fruity body, medium light body, sparkly mouthfeel. Fresh green and light citric. Quick finish - a bit too quick really.
