3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours cloudy golden from 11.2 ounce can. Crisp, pleasant funky yeast thing going on. Imagine it would be deeply refreshing on a warm sunny summer day. Still great on a cold New Jersey Friday evening. Sourish apricots maybe almost a flowery hint yet just perfectly bitter. Hard to explain. Delicious, have to try it to fully understand.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Blonde troebelige kleur, met een duidelijke lichte hop geur. De smaak is prima, maar niet bijzonder.

Very pleasant, bright aroma. Beutiful minimalistic branding. Taste is just as bright as the aroma which is nice. Palate hangs, but not too long or unpleasant. Nice overall.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bought this on can at vinmonopolet.
It pours light golden with a white foam. Aroma has some fruity esters.
Taste is slightly metalic, little fruity and watery. It is very light and easy to drink. Could be good in summer. I am a little dissapointed.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330 mL bottle. Colour is not that pleasant to look at, but I don’t suppose that saisons often are. Nice rocky, slightly off-white head, though. Sweetish, fruity, yeasty aroma - not at all funky. The flavour is more interesting, and drier than expected. More fruit, a touch of thick sweetness, some spice, some apple-skin bitterness, and . . . something else. White grape juice? Good body for the style. Not bad.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2014 Hazy pale yellow color. Pretty light for a saison. Some citrus and floral notes, grass, pine, malt, spice. Balanced. Not in your face in any way. I like that.

From the 11.2 can stamped AA-114-08:41. The pour is golden yellow with the slightest fog, which could be a chill haze. Quick burst of white fizzy head. The aroma espouses more of a juicy, fruity character along with the roasted pale malts and thin Belgian sugar. The body is quite smooth and in the light to medium range. The taste has a slightly assertive biscuit malt character intertwined with peaches, pear, and some limited spice. Drinkable.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pale firm golden and creamy blanched white head that dissipates to nothing. Lovely creamy peach and dried apricot nose, tapered by a dusty woodiness. Tender milky sweetness throughout. Decent carbonation keeps the bitterness flicking pebblles of yeast on the mouthfeel. Finish is clean and complexly bitter. Linger is rich enough despite the carbonation. A stunning Saison without screwing the nut too much.
