3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A - Huge 3 finger foam head on top of a semi hazed burnt orange.
S - Dry grass, dusty yeast, spice, hints of earthy citrus.
T - Crisp and spicy upfront, dried pears, lemon, an earthy wood-like character, dried floral-like hop spice on the finish. The yeast doesn’t really show on the palate until the aftertaste.
M - Spritzy carbonation, very dry, medium bodied.
Nice and dry. The yeast is mellow but hits on aftertaste. Very good overall.

Bottle 0,33L. Dry, mild spicy notes + mild citrusy, little fruity taste. Refreshing. Decent body with lively carbonation. Unfortunately there’s not a whole lot of flavors here. Nice, but decent.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Freshly cut grass, a little bit of honey, some funk, but not much. A decent beer, but not the best ever.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - 330ml. Beautiful golden, cloudy body with a thin, fading, white foamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with citrusy and herbal hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty, herbal, and citrusy notes. Ends with a long bitter/sour finish. Good Saison.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
0.33l bottle from Pivoteka za popen’t in Ljubljana. Starts with huge foamy and persistent head, which has nice spicy, floral aromas and similar taste with a strong bitter note. Colour is orange and cloudy, apparently an unfiltered beer. Complex taste. Fruity, malty and has a lot of yeast as well. Moderate carbonation, harmonic mouthfeel. Bitterness not strong, but must be there because this is not a sweet beer. Aftertaste is dry, moderately bittter. Extremely well composed beer.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma: Medium bready, medium hops, floral, light spice, light orange
Appearance: Hazy, golden body with many particles. Medium white head, good retention.
Flavour: Medium malty sweetness. Medium bready, bread crusts. Medium hops, fruity, grassy. Medium bitterness. Rose-like alcohols. Dry finish with lingering grassy and bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium warming. Medium-high carbonation, creamy. Medium-full body.
Overall: The complexity with the hops is nice, but the grassiness is not to style. Slightly too sweet. Too much body.
330 ml can, poured. Thanks Andre!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A big head that you’d expect from a saison. Carbonation is low so too head resilience. Very yeasty on the nose and eyes (much sediment). A good flavour but not as crisp or as tangy as I expected. There are many ’farmie’ qualities to it - straw, grass, yeast - it’s almost more stable than farm house. Stronger than it tastes.
