Aroma has earthy, herbal and honey notes. Taste has more noble hop notes with some of those characteristic peppery and earthy farmhouse flavors. Finish is nice and dry, excellent example of a traditional farmhouse/saison.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 SPDickerman (700) - Texas, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Pours hazy orange with a large white head. Smells earthy, barnyard hay, a little spicy, and black peppercorn. Taste is a little bit of cereal grains, a tiny bit bitter, a little spicy, and not all too sweet. Medium-bodied with a wet texture and soft mouth-carbonation, St. Feuillien Saison finishes with an almost banana-like aftertaste.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 PriorL (265) - BELGIUM - MAY 19, 2013
75cl bottle. Bottled august 2012.
Appearance: clear blonde beer, no visible carbonation, stable white head.
Nose: oranges, apples, yeast, hops, little sour.
Taste: yeast, grains, bread, spices, rather dry. This beer is already too old to drink. It should be consumed very fresh! I remember drinking it when buying it in september, it was better!

Can, pours a hazy golden orange with lots of bubbles and a large head that fades after about 3 minutes. Aroma is fruity esters and light peppery notes, a bit of lemon zest. Taste is heavier on the pepper and belgian spices, skunked hops, dry bitter finish, definitely refreshing.

S - Dry grass, dusty yeast, spice, hints of earthy citrus.
T - Crisp and spicy upfront, dried pears, lemon, an earthy wood-like character, dried floral-like hop spice on the finish. The yeast doesn’t really show on the palate until the aftertaste.
M - Spritzy carbonation, very dry, medium bodied.
Nice and dry. The yeast is mellow but hits on aftertaste. Very good overall.
