COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

On draft at The Common Table. Pours a muddy yellow with a medium white head. The aromas are lemon, dough, old closet. The mouthfeel is sweet and dry with a medium to heavy body and moderate carbonation. Cheers!

Aroma is fruity with some honey and yeast. Flavour has fruits, citrus, hints of spices and yeast. Refreshing and good, the big bottles of this are better.

11.2 oz bottle poured into a goblib Appearance is a hazy medium gold with a pillowy white head that settles down into a nice cap on top of the beer. Smell is quite spicy with citrus and bready notes. Lemon is quite predominate along with some yeastyness. Flavor is quite heavy on the citrus with lemon and perhaps lime. Also somewhat peppery. The yeast is definitely present along with some bready flavors. Really there is a good deal going on. A bit of alcohol becomes noticeable towards the finish. Overall this is a pretty solid tripel. There is nothing that really stands out but also nothing to detract. It’s good all around.

Currently drinking while typing. When the beer is poured you can’t help but notice the aroma rising from the glass. Smells of full sweet malt, liquorice, fresh cut grass, sweet herbs and gentle caramels. The beer is amazing to look upon, an amazingly tight creamy and foamy white head that is astonishing and that lasts for what seems an eternity. It sits on top of a fresh golden pearly looking misty beer with lively looking bubbles. Intense flavours of liquorice, malts, sweetness, grassiness, sugars and an amazingly well masked alcohol content. It feels great on the tongue, great carbonation that leaves the beer well balanced, perfect head which stimulates the top lip well and also a full feel in the mouth. Absolutely amazing tripel variety which leaves me astounded everytime I drink one. I would urge anyone to try this gentle but perfect brew, astonishing!

Antydan till raki och den så skumma jästkulturen i doften. Syra och anis är påtagliga i smaken, precis rätt i balansen. Väldigt trevlig.

Ar: Rosy, some blackberry and earthiness. Ap: Slightly hazy straw gold - large rocky white head, good retention, nice thick lacing. T: Pineapple, rosy alcohol, and grassy up front - medium-high clean bitterness - melon, chalk, and stone-fruit mid-palate - finish is juicy oranges and tropical fruit. P: Light body with high carbonation - finish is very dry. O: A masterful tripel - delicious fruit, spice, and earthy flavors - great appearance, and feel on the palate is spot on.
