| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 25, 2008 750ml bottle. Glowing thick golden color with a nice head that dies down relatively fast. Sweet and creamy, with a solid yeast backbone. Delicate mouthfeel, but sweet enough to let you know there is some serious alcohol. Great Tripel. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 22, 2008 Dark golden pour, bordering on amber with a small, fizzy white head that quickly fades. Aroma of yeast and bananas. Flavor is tangy and fruity: banana bread with maybe a nint of raisins and figs. Soft, yet highly carbonated mouthfeel and a body just short of medium. Pleasant semi-sweet finish. Excellent. grandet (479), Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA

I love this stuff, I have at least one a week at the moment. Fruity aroma, banana and slight hint of orange end of the fruit spectrum. Palate is great, taste is lovely. Stays beautiful sat on the table while you talk rubbish. Great tripel.
