This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Lys gyllen uklar med et hvit skum. Aroma av malt, krydder, fukt og gjær. Smaken følger aroma, men en blomsteraktig ettersmak blir litt vel dominerende.

Big bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange color. Smaller head. Strong dark fruit, fruit, candy sugar aroma. Dry finish. Smooth taste, medium light sweetness with some warming alcohol to balance out the sweetness. Above average carbonation. Some Belgium spice yeast with nice fruit and candy sugar notes. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. pours an amber color, with a moderate white head which persists throughout the session, leaving good lacing. Nose is Belgian yeast, with strong fruit components. Taste is typical tripel, but with a distinctive anise-like finish. Very, very good--maybe the best Belgian tripel I’ve had.

Hazy orange, airy white head. Yeasty, fruity aroma. Fizzy, yet creamy mouthfeel. Sweetish, lightly spicy flacvour. Malty with hoppy notes. Carb is most notable in the finish, light spicy and bitter. Nice one.

Bottle. Golden color with active foamhead. Dissipates after 2 minutes though. Aromas are very refreshing: pine infused with cheese (ementhaler, brie, goat cheese). After the foam is gone the aroma turns a little earthy. Taste: laaarge pine taste! Lime is discernible as well. In the background it reminds of a soft drink, bitter lemon / tonic. Slightly creamy aftertaste. Very much like the Wilderen tripel. The same for that one goes here: summer beer!

750 ml bottle from Julio’s. Brewed on 19-04-2013. Bottle conditioned. Lots of fizzy white head out of the bottle. Settles quickly to a very thick lace. Aroma of fruity yeast and spice. Flavor is delightfully fruity and yeasty with a long lingering dry bitterness.
