Commercial Description:
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Pours light amber with two finger head that dissipated slowly. Poured into chalice glass. Cloudy. I smell coriander. Slightly spicy, coriander flavor with perhaps some cherry. Yeasty, medium bodied. Highly effervescent. Not bad, not great....something in between.

750ml corked bottle. Light golden color with white head. Aromas of light sugary-sweet fruit, peachy, with undertones of hay, yeast, and metal. Flavor is nicely balanced and follows the aroma, with sweet fruit cut by drying carbonation and yeast bite. The fruit really comes through nicely at room temperature. Goes swell with some Harry Belafonte on the hi fi.

Sampled from a 750ml bottle. Hazy and golden hued. White head. Floral and perfumy nose with a touch earthiness. Medium to full bodied. Smooth and easy. Sticky honey notes. Floral and lively. Very easy drinking.

Robe blonde légèrement voilée surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui s’estompe. Arômes d’alcool, de céréales et de houblon aromatique. Saveurs de céréales, de houblon aromatique, d’agrumes et de levures.

Bottle. Clear golden colour, lots of bubbles and a huge white head. Fruity and spiced aroma with quite a bit of coriander, yeast and a hint of oranges. Sweet malty flavours with good fruit, mainly oranges, as well as dry yeastiness. Fizzy. A nice trippel as you would expect from this brewery.

75 cL bottle. Pours yellow to orange hazy with a huge off-white head, in fact I had a hard time pouring this one. Aroma is sweet malt, coriander, clear notes of yeast, floral and citric. Flavour is spicy, orange, yeast and sweet. Sweet, spiced and bitter finish.

Clear golden with a white head. Yeasty, sweet nose, tiny hints of phenol. Spicy, quite sweet with honey and some phenolic notes, a bit orangey as well. Overly carbonated, but leaves a nice, dry finish.
