This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Big bottle purchased at Zipp’s. Shared with commonshawn and rosskyle. Golden color with quarter finger white head. Aroma is mild citrus with lemon zest present. Taste is highly effervescent with a vibrant mouthfeel. Taste has nice spice characteristics with citrus underbelly. Little malt presence that gives it a backbone of bready feel. Not much of an aftertaste. This is right in the wheelhouse of other Belgian tripels. Really solid.

Light golden color with white head. Citrus floral aroma. Sweet grainy flavor. Light but silky texture. Very good clean flavor for as light as the beer is. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Moderate hoppy (citrus, orange), light-to-moderate malty (grains) and yeasty (earth) aroma with notes of fruits and spices (coriander). Bottle at home. I remember I was frantically trying to open the bottle with my toothbrush.. I also remember the beer had full on maltiness..

Jaune avec un grand col blanc. L’arôme du levure et malt avec juste un peu du fruit quand ça rechauffe. Le goût est du malt le levure belge un peu fruité. C’est très sec et très carbonisé.
