The pour is muddy golden with 1-finger off-white head. The aroma is very floral, flowery, with some spicy nectar hints, sort of like smelling a peony. There is also strong peppery and some funky and candi sugar notes. The taste is extremely black peppery/spicy/floral, with hopcitric notes and some honeydew and honey hints. Tons of different aromas and flavors in this one. The palate is very complex and very lively. It gets fruitier and spicier as it warms, like a quarter honeydew dolloped with honey and ground black pepper and showered with parsley. This one is a real gem, and you should get some today, and get some for your mother, too. BierBauch (642), Cape Coral Waterfront Wonderland, Florida, USA

Only poured a little and it was coming out. Very tart, subtle fruit flavors. Some yeast, lemon peel flavors. More bitter than sweet, but still a good amount of sugar, cookie flavors. Nice.
