Commercial Description:
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Wow, the big old 96 in the Bayesian % has psyched me up for this one. The pour is muddy golden with 1-finger off-white head. The aroma is very floral, flowery, with some spicy nectar hints, sort of like smelling a peony. There is also strong peppery and some funky and candi sugar notes. The taste is extremely black peppery/spicy/floral, with hopcitric notes and some honeydew and honey hints. Tons of different aromas and flavors in this one. The palate is very complex and very lively. It gets fruitier and spicier as it warms, like a quarter honeydew dolloped with honey and ground black pepper and showered with parsley. This one is a real gem, and you should get some today, and get some for your mother, too.

Slightly murky golden white appearance. Floral, pungently sweet nose full of tulips, coriander, light honey and spicy yeast scents. Crisp and even on the palate, not too dry, moderately spicy flavor with some prickly sweet fruit and honey flavors.

Pours clooudy yellow with overwhelming head which continues to rise from the bottle. Nose is citrusy with lightly hop/spicyness. Palate is fruity with seemingly increased carbonation on tongue. Mild yeasty finish.

Light color -- sort of yellow, orange, cloudy look to it. The head was explosive! Only poured a little and it was coming out. Very tart, subtle fruit flavors. Some yeast, lemon peel flavors. More bitter than sweet, but still a good amount of sugar, cookie flavors. Nice.

Deep golden colour. White head. Fruity sweet aroma with yeast. Rich flavour dominated by malty sweetness. Great mouthfeel.
