Picked this up at Flame Liqours on US-1/PGA in West Palm Beach.They have started selling singles and their selection is one of the best I’ve seen. ever. Duvel shaped bottle, but poured into a tripel styled glass. Poured golden honey, clean, and crisp. Nose is wash of citric-yeasty with a bit of pepper. Taste is yeasty grassy notes, malts, mild hops and some clove spice, though represented much different than a darker brew. Very smooth drink and the alchohol is well hidden. A solid belgian.

Sep 7, 2008 This abbey ale pours a nice medium golden color with a generous head. Aroma is very layered and floral. Taste is very balanced. Just enough toasted bread flavor, fruity, slightly hoppy.and very layered and delicate. Long finish and solid! Great example of a beer that is equal or better structured than a wine ten times it’s price......

Sep 5, 2008 Poured a light rich crisp hazy straw body. Spicy phenolic nose. Clove and banana hints with a sharply carbonic mouthfeel. Fruity, bubblegum on the tongue. FInished with more spicy coriander spice. Nice beer.

Aug 31, 2008 Bottle (33 cl) at 3 små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Spicy, perfumy, and earthy marzipan aroma with clear notes of coriander. Medium bodied and smooth. well balanced with a dry finish.
Marsiblursi (1405), Gö te la borrrrg, Sweden
Aug 30, 2008 (Bottle) Pours hazy orange. The aroma is spicy and light phenolic with tones of clove, fresh herbs, coriander, white pepper and mild nutmeg. Sugar, toast, light caramel and a light cracker-like maltiness is also present. Orange fruity. Hints of floral hops. The flavour is medium malty and light to medium hoppy with floral, spicy and light fruity hints. The mouthfeel is soft, creamy and round. Light dry and woody finish. Medium to full bodied.
ogivlado (2340), Zagreb, Croatia
Aug 30, 2008 Bottled(330ml). -Transparent golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, odd intensive alcoholic acetone nose. The taste is very yeasty, alcoholic and pleasant spicy with notes of fruits and hops. Slight bitterness in the finish.
