Commercial Description:
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

A hazy orange beer with a huge beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of coriander, gooseberries, yeast, and citrus. The flavor is very sweet, but not too much, since it is combined with loads of different spices; coriander, orangepeel, yeast, earth, and wood. In the background lies a acidity - that balances the sweetness perfectly.

(Bottle 75 cl) Well, I guess this is what I usually refer to as Pilsener-golden, but slightly hazy. Gigantic head which is also very sturdy. Quite full, soft and sweet with a lovely malty flavor that makes me think of grains. My friend Anne Holst thinks it deserves a straight 4, but I’m a bit more modest.... 110603

This is the kind of triple I like. Lively, complex, and not overly sweet. A true classic!

75 cL bottle. Pours yellow to orange hazy with a huge off-white head, in fact I had a hard time pouring this one. Aroma is sweet malt, coriander, clear notes of yeast, floral and citric. Flavour is spicy, orange, yeast and sweet. Sweet, spiced and bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours light golden with high/very fluffy and stable white head. Taste is complex, with notes of spices, fruits and malts. Rather strong notes of pepper in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Spicy, wheaty aroma. Golden colour, stable white head. Looks flat. Flavour starts off dry, and turns a little more malty. OK bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy, pale yellowish nutbrown colour with huge fluffy white head. Aroma is acidic fruits with some flowery hints. Flavour is stingingly spicy and also very acidic fruity. Quite dry finish, but not much aftertaste. An ok and quite clean tripel, but then again nothing that surprises either.
