Commercial Description:
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Very light and sweet in spite of the alcohol. Fruity scent, large white lasting head. Pours straw yellow and goes down easily with a fresh and dry taste.

I like this beer. However there is a bit too much of an orange juice taste in this beer. I don’t mind it. There is just too much of it. The bitterness and the aroma were very nice. I’ll have to try this in one of the big bottles with the cork. Beers are usually much better that way.

Pours a bubbly gold. Smells of fruit, clove, spices, etc. It has a malty, spicy flavor combined with others that I cannot place. A nice silky spicy finish.

Some overflow after opening the corked 750mL. Big, fluffy white head with a typical belgian aroma, some floral notes. Flavor is typical belgian (I'm always at a loss as to how to describe this other than belgian-like). Slightly sweet, candi sugar definitely present, moderate amount of malt thrown in as well. Overall a decent triple, but nothing that really impressed me.

Courtesy SoLan. This one pours a dark golden yellow color topped by a small, foamy white head. The aroma shows a nice balance between light citrus fruits, candied sugar, doughy malts, and some spicy peppery yeast and floral hops. The flavor follows suit with the light citrus fruits, candy sugar, and pepper balanced by the sweet doughy malt and some floral hops. Medium bodied and smooth with a clean, dry finish. Even with the age this one was still holding up nicely. Pretty nice tripel.

The color was a peachy/orange. The head was creamy, frothy, and off-white. The aroma was hoppy, sweet, grainy, and yeasty. The flavor had a bite to it. It was earthy, grainy, yeasty, and hoppy. The palate was smooth and the finish, yeasty.

Bottle courtesy of Naka. Pours piss yellow with fizzy/foamy 1/2 finger white head. Decent lacing. Nose of sweet sugar and mild coriander, slight herbal, heather. Taste is bready, sweet sugar and mild spice, coriander. Pretty dry with mild to moderate bitter for style. Pretty tasty, drinkable, slightly alcoholic at the end.
