COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Bottle from a shop in Germany. Fruity smell, spicy and yeasty. Similar taste. The flavours aren’t rounded off but still pretty decent beer.

2.5 year old 11.2oz bottle poured into St. Feuillien chaluce. Wonderful aroma, yeasty with notes of fruity. Pours a yellow gokd with a small, rapud dissipating head. Great carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavor is a complex yeast with caramel and fruit finish.

From a 33cl pours a hazy amber to yellow straw color with an off white head. Aroma of grains and citrus fruits. Flavors of citrus fruits, hints of pineapple, grains, pines, malts, bread, spices, honey, peppery and yeasts. Nice strong body, great balance of strong flavors, nicely complex, balanced between sweet and bitter. A pleasure to drink, great brew.

330 ml single bottle from Biggie Wine & Liquor. Golden-orange and hazy appearance with a big white head that lasts forever. Aroma of light herbs, Belgian yeast, light banana, bready malts, mild bitter hops, light floral notes, fruity esters and a touch peppery spices. Similar flavor, with a smooth, creamy body and a semi-dry finish. A great tripel, almost on par with Tripel Karmeliet.

Bottle, 330 ml. Pours light amber/orange with around half a finger of soapy off-white head, which quickly makes itself scarce. No real lacing. Rather fruity aroma with plenty of banana and orange peel as well as coriander and vanilla. Caramel and cheesy yeast undertones. Little bit of smoke perhaps too, and a floral edge. Alcohol is detectable but not to a huge degree. Taste is rather sweet with caramel, honey and brown notes emerging prominently. Finish is more on the bitter side and quite dry, with some hoppy as well as citrus notes and a yeast aftertaste to round things off. Medium body, average carbonation, somewhat smooth texture overall. Alcohol is not too noticeable in the taste but provides something of an afterburn. Solid stuff.
