COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow straw with big off white head and decent lace. Head diminishes to 3mm. Aromas of dough, earthen yeast, aromatic belgo malt, light hop aroma; citrus and spices. Medium body, zesty carbonation - a boosted bitterness balanced with a touch of spice and some caramel and biscuit malt complexity. Finish is satisfying, balanced - earthen doughy yeast character lingering with a light malt sweetness and a touch of spice.

--- Dirty Google traduction :-) Difficult for me to make tasting notes for this beer today so I have "tasted" it. I've had to drink hundreds, it is part of my day! Sweet and fruity, this is my model Belgian triple. Nice golden yellow color, beautiful head of thick moss, aroma and sweet fruity palate and perfectly balanced, never light but never cloying, hops filled his role perfectly ... And attention, magnum flavors still express more freely, it's limit the perfection!

Voor mij persoonlijk een van de beste tripels die te vinden zijn in België, echt een aanrader.

Bottle shared by a friend. Aroma is sweet and fresh. Has notes of pineapple and wheat. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head and looks very appealing. Taste is subtle and easy, sweet and fresh and has tones of fruits. Palate is very light and drinkable. A good beer which delivers in taste but does smell less than it tastes.

Bottle, 75cl. Light hazy, bright and very fizzy golden colour with an airy off-white head. Rich and complex aroma, hay, straw, fruity with lemons, bananas, honey, orange peel and citrus. Coriander and spices along some wheat and yeast. Figs, apricots, caramel, sweet malt, lemons and oranges in the sweet, fresh flavour. Yeast and wheat middle-wise. Clear alcohol as it warms, hidden at first though. Reveals itself with spice and hobs near the end. Semi-bitter finish. Medium-full body. Average to lively carbonation. Quite something.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a few fingers of stark white, rapidly dissipating head. Light citrus and lemongrass nose. Soft and sweet taste, lemongrass and sweet alcohol to the taste. A fairly mild tasting triple, all told

Bottle from Y Delyn Wine Bar, Mold. Pours a hazy amber colour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is yeasty and bready with hop notes. Taste is sweet and yeast, with zesty lemon and honey notes. Decent carbonation throughout, not too much at all. Very enjoyable!
