pours a rich gold amber with a medium white bubbly head. aroma is some hoppy citrus and subtle hay. tastes bright and then quickly bitter. Hoppy, but not super citrusy. Really long bitter finish. Not bad.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of bread, light earthiness and light grapefruit. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, earthiness and a hint of citrus with a crisp finish.

Nice burnished copper with moderately dense head. Served in a British style nonic glass. Subtle hop aroma with assertive yet balanced hop flavor. Slight soapy character yet very drinkable.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
One of the best of the night. Good malt / hop balance. Ditto appearance, body, aroma, and finish. Just good beer overall.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy tan head of foam. Nose is of hops. Very creamy with thick viscosity. Hops dominate the taste with some malt backbone. A good tasting full bodied IPA that pairs well with deli sandwiches.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a medium orange amber. Nice medium frothy creamy off-white head, fairly lasting with nice lace. Aroma is very malty and fruity hops. Caramel. tropical fruit. Pineapple. Orange. Flavor matches with plenty of caramel along with the pineapple, orange, pine. Medium body. Moderate piney bitterness, fairly balanced by all the malty sweetness. Alcohol interrupts. It goes back and forth from being pretty nice, to not so nice.. Overall I kinda liked it, but probably would go for another.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured from 12oz bottle, I have to admit the packaging intrigued me, then I found out it was brewed at Sand Creek, f me, pours a murky golden amber with a thin white head, aroma is of old wet dank hops, kind of like basement, the flavor is of light hops with a bitterness that lingers in the back of your throat, mouthfeel is really heavy, just ugh, not completely terrible, just not good.

Overall solid IPA, drinkable with a nice finish. Better than average IPA, but nothing extraordinary.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Brassy body with a starch white head. The aroma and flavor has some buttery malt. Some bitter hop, but unfortunately flawed malt butter. The palate is medium bodied but that butter.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle. Hazy orange-tan body. Thin, oily head. Big and brutal, pretty shabby 1991 East Coast IPA. Has some underlying offness, maybe it’s just the extract, I don’t know...but this beer is not good. This is what 2 dollar 40s should taste like in 2013. Seriously, Minhas is gonna be jealous of this piece of crap, putrid, garbage tinged IPA. Waste of money for sure.
