COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Health lecturer Sylvester Graham in 1835, while trying to save lives shattered by LUST, prescribed a special diet. The centerpiece of which was “Graham bread,” made from wheat flour (today known as Graham crackers). Not only was Graham sadly mistaken, we have found wheat to have just the opposite effect, thus using it to create LUST. Our Weissebier is made with a generous amount of wheat and a special strain of yeast which is not filtered out, giving the beer it’s cloudy appearance.

Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow, with finely laced white head. Sweet wheat aroma. Slight yeast flavor, sweet start. Buttery texture. Happily reminds me Friday night fish fry in Wisconsin. Definitely benefits from the traditional wedge of lemon.

Pours a hazy medium golden amber. Small creamy off-white head. Aroma is on point. Sweet. Wheat. Banana. Clove. Fairly candied. Flavor is right along. Crisp opening. Giving way to creamy. Solid body. Touch of bitterness and light sourness and finishes with a but of spiciness. Quite nice.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy light orange. Super foamy. Half the glass is foam. Maybe a bad bottle? Aroma of clove, banana and bubblegum. Taste is light sweet and follows aroma. Light bodied with a slick texture. Fizzy carbonation and a decently long finish. Not bad. Would love to try this fresh though.

Tap at brewery. Yellow pour with white head. Smells of yeast and fruit. Nice smooth, refreshing weiss. My wife is not a weiss fan and she enjoyed this one.

Nice aroma of orange and clove and some spice. The flavor follows. The finish is crisp and clean.

On tap at St. Francis. Super hazy yellow, almost light green-tan. Thin, creamy white head. Pronounced clove, candy banana aroma. Yeast forward, as to style. Lots of fresh banana tones. Light to medium bodied, quite a pleasant example of the style. A nice clove bitterness in the aftertaste...grassy spearmint. Spot on, great example.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a light head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of earthy wheat and banana with a bit of backing clove. Flavor begins with banana and clove but is quickly taken over by earthy wheat notes.

An okay beer. It is spicy and bubblegummy. There is a hint of diacetyl and raw grain.

Tap at the brewpub. Semi-hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Wheat, banana, and clove aroma. Medium-light palate, maybe too much carbonation. Light clove and banana taste.
