COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
St. George Pilsner is a clean, crisp lager based on our brew master’s extensive brewing experience in northern Germany. A centuries-old conditioning process and a unique lager yeast require a much longer processing time than our standard ales and result in an exceptionally smooth beer. Traditional 2 Row Pale and Munich Malts along with noble German Hops ensure a well-balanced, pale golden lager with a fine creamy head. Prost!

Bottle. Pours a copperish orange color with a tall lacing white head--very attractive and unexpected appearance for a pils. Smells of pale malt and faint herbal hops. The flavor is very refreshing! Nice herbal hops with moderate bitterness and a delicious hardy malt backbone. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation. Overall: one of the better pilsners I have ever had. Very soft and refreshing while still exhibiting full flavor.

on tap-pours a slightly hazy yellow with a retaining tight offwhite head. Aroma is minimal light/medium malt-bready. Taste is sweet light/medium malt-bready, 2nd fruity/pine/spice hops. Easy. 3.1

A better pilsner than many. Light sweet biscuit flavor. Enjoyable for a pilsner. Not much flavor. Light metallic flavor.

Golden beer with a lasting, sticky white head. Lighty buscuit and lemon citrus nose. Nice crisp beer with cracker and lemon flavors. Some pepper heat and a grassy finish. Tastey beer after a long days work.

On tap. Looked fairly dark golden to me at first but I was getting tanked. Lacey off white head. Notes of lemon, grass, butter, earth, and catty euro hops. Decent mouthfeel.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a creamy white head, with good lacing. Aroma is light with hops, honey, and citrus. Flavor is little malty, and there is a mild hop bitterness. Not as crisp as I would have liked, but I enjoyed this anyway!
