May 11, 2008 Murky brown with a huge, nice and lasting head. The aroma has light notes of clove, roasted malt and wheat. The flavour has light notes of clove and notes of caramel, banana and wheat. It’s smooth and pleasant, and like most dunkel wheats a bit weaker than the normal hefe.

Pleasant sweet toffee and banana fruitiness in the nose, soft sweet and slightly fruity in the mouth with a gentle background banana note, lingering fruity sweet finish with muted banana.
