Bottled 50cl. Clear golden with an average sized white head. Malty grainy aroma with icelandic moss showing up. Decent bitterness. Sweet. Some earthy spicy hops. Slightly metallic. Dryish finish.

Hopfenwürziger Geruch mit inigen Metallspuren. Ziemlich kräftig-würziger Antrunk. Mittelteil malziger und würzig. Starkwürziger, beinahe salziger und moderat bitterer Abgang. Sehr solide.

Bottle by 07.06.12. Nose is too-sweet simple malt with some honey accents. Clear golden body with a fizzy beige head. Taste is bittersweet, crisp and cracking, but with a touch of booze showing, faint flora/noble hops and citrus that can’t quite cut to the top. Grains are there behind the light body, but needs a little more masculinity.

(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with an unstable frothy white head. aroma of citrus fruits, cinnamon and dandelions, very herbal, with a hint of grain. flavour is mostly the same, with a spicy hoppiness similar to their kellerbier, light notes of barnyard and a minerally finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Würziger Antrunk, wobei sich ein herber Ton von Anfang an festsetzt. Im Mittelteil etwas weniger würzig, dennoch ist der Ton noch in angenehmen Maße vorhanden. Der leichte Rückgang wird durch aufkommende Malzigkeit kompensiert. Im Nachgeschmack etwas röstmalzig, was lange anhält, dafür ist das Bier hier kaum würzig. Warning! Early amateur rating! English labekl - ’Dragons Blood’ (Zimbus Drachenblut). Cloudy dark brown beer. Mild carbonation. Some Belgian brown like sourness, fruity and zesty with a lingering pleasant aftertaste.

Bottled (as ZImbus Drachenblut). Golden colour with a big foamy off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight sweeter maltyness as well as some saltwater and mild grassyness. Flavour is a bit saltwatery along with a quite strong maltyness as well as some slight bitterness. Pleasantly balaced.

0.5 l bottle (as Zimbus Drachenblut), thanks Timo A! Amber color. Caramelly and raisiny aroma. Sweetish, caramelly, raisiny, toffeish, nutty and slightly bready flavor with some bite of bitterness in finish. Fairly good, slightly too caramelly for me.
