3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Medium white head. Yellow body. Earthy, meaty aroma with grassy hops. Bitter malty taste of grassy, pea-like hops. Aftertaste is bitter hops with a touch of citrus and metal. Very nice. It’s really the hops that do it. (0.5l bottle.)

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml bottle, many thanks to Gr0ve who supplied it to me from SmartClub Norway. Pale golden colour, decent head. Moderate carbonation. Moderate aroma of aromatic hops, some fruity and grassy notes. Flavour is reasonably hoppy but the malty base is very moderate. Fairly dry mouthfeel, bitter finish. OKish helles.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2005 Malty, maybe a bit soapy aroma. Malty flavor with orange. Only slight hopbitterness found. Nothing special. 5 3 5 2 8 = 2.3
Re-rate: bottle: I didn’t do this beer justice by my first tasting:cookie aroma. Malty flavor, immediately followed by some hopbitterness. Hints of boiled milk. Hopbitter, even a bit oily aftertaste.
