COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brew the strongly hopped Keller Bier traditionally according to an age-old recipe and then let it mature unbunged in deep vaults. Naturally cloudy; with bottom-fermenting yeast rich in vitamins, this very drinkable beer is frequently enjoyed out of a stein.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 500ml bottle poured in a mug. A: Pours an reddish amber color. Bit cloudy. Head is white, small and bubbled when poured. Retention is not bad with some nice lacings left S: Dominated by caramel malts and bread. Yeasts and grassy/earthy hops T: Follows the nose. Caramel malts, bread, yeasts and hops. Reminds an English bitter or even an APA. Dry on taste with a nice flowery hoppy bitterness M: Extremely light body. Medium fizzy carbonation. Moderate bitter aftertaste O: The first Keller I’ve ever had and it was quite a surprise. I was not expecting such a light bodied and, at the same time, quite hoppy beer from Germany.
