Earthy cut-grass aroma. Small head typical of Kellar Bier. Nice lingering bitterness without being overdone.

Deep gold and slightly cloudy, this is a fairly well hopped lager. The hops as well as malt comes through in both the aroma and flavor. Has a nice dry hop finish.

Dark amber/light brown, almost no head at all. Aroma: mould (like in the basement), some malts. Taste is refreshing, medium bitter.

On tap at the fermentoren. Thin creamy white head. Clear golden blond pour. Nice enough brew.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy orange with a thin white head. The aroma is malty and not much else. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a very odd bitter taste that wasn’t so pleasant. Nice to taste, but not one I’d order again.

Pours clear copper color with a small head. Aroma of malts, caramel, grass and mild hops. Flavour of caramel, malts, mild fruits and hay. Very nice and clean brew.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aroma of grains, caramel and hay. Flavour of caramel, strong grainy malts, grassy hops and some herbal notes. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and high carbonation. Nice kellerbier.

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of butter, grassy hops and farmyard. Taste is sweet, hoppy and slightly buttery with some yeasty notes. Finish is grassy and fruity. Quite balanced.

Head: off-white, medium, frothy. Colour: dark amber/brandy, slightly hazy. Aroma: quite faint, hops, fruity, caramel. Carbonation is flat: Taste: way stronger than aroma; quite hoppy and caramel, some spice in the long finish. Body is medium and quite good for keller.

Bottle at La 100 de Beri, Bucharest, Romania. Pours clear dark amber with a frothy white head. Biscuit, a little tropical aroma. Light bitterness, very drinkable. Light body, a little watery, short, bitter finish. Drank on 31.3.13, bb date 13.4.13 and still hoppy!
