We brew the strongly hopped Keller Bier traditionally according to an age-old recipe and then let it mature unbunged in deep vaults. Naturally cloudy; with bottom-fermenting yeast rich in vitamins, this very drinkable beer is frequently enjoyed out of a stein.

Grifo. Copa Pokal @Homo Sibaris (Barcelona). Color ámbar brillante y apariencia velada. Espuma blanca y corona tupida. On-tap. Pokal glass. @Homo Sibaris (Barcelona). Bright amber color. Veiled appearance. White froth, close crown. Lasting thin layer on top turns wider as the glass is swirled. Herbal & yeast lager aromas. Smooth sweet malty upfront followed by well balanced hoppy tendency. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Clean bitterness lingers into a dry finish.

Bottle at Amundsen
Copper hazy, massive tanned head. Smells of fruity esters, malts, hint of wood, grassy hops. Moderate sweet, quite dry mouthfeel, nice malt body with some dark fruit tendensies. Medium to heavy bitter, grassy hops. A very enjoyable beer; my expectations was’nt all that high; så this ended up as a nice surprise

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Deep cloudy orange amber body, frothy white/beige head. Fresh sweet orchard fruit aroma, vaguely spicy and musty. Lively sweet fresh pear juiciness up front, clean malt, a little toasty breadiness, and a dry crisp quenching finish.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass darker than exspected, nice head. Starts intense malty-yeasty, fine roasty notes, hints of caramel. Mild dry background. Malty-dry finish. Has something from a good dunkel.
