COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brew the strongly hopped Keller Bier traditionally according to an age-old recipe and then let it mature unbunged in deep vaults. Naturally cloudy; with bottom-fermenting yeast rich in vitamins, this very drinkable beer is frequently enjoyed out of a stein.

Bottled. Dark amber color with pretty low head. Grass and sulphur dominates the aroma, richly so. Light bodied and grainy, and nicely bready with cookie malt along with grass. A tiny accompanying acidity is there along with sulphur, great deal of earthiness and this green, fresh overall thing only felt in kellerbier. Palate is pretty soft with low carbonation but still little edgy due to the acidity and the feeling of fresh hops. Not very bitter at first, but eventually it lingers nicely.

Tap. Clear dark amber color. Small size, white head, disappears. Malty, wort and faint shit in aroma. Sweetish, malty, touch of yeast in taste. Soft bitterness. Low carbonation. Touch of yeast in aftertaste. Light body. Not my mug of brew.

Bottle. Deep gold pour, not quite clear, almost no head. Aroma is malty, caramel, light leafy hoppiness. Taste is sweet, rich malty notes caramel, honey, very light hop bitterness, finishes dry enough though. Light-med bodied with light carbonation, a malty session beer. Really easy drinking light sweet beer.

Tap at Christian 4-tal, Odense, DK. Weak aroma, some malts and the typical 'dusty' kellerbier yeast. Brown w small head. Metallic and quite bitter for one of this style, malt and fart. Well carbonated. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bamberg Jolly Day 2. 25/0/2014 Bottle shared outside the brewery tap. Amber coloured pour with a big bubble whte head. Slight haze. Aroma is zesty with caramel malts and earthy notes. Flavour is very clean, nice ferment, caramel honey malts, straw and spicy earthy hops. Good gear.

Bottle. Pours hazy full amber with airy off-white head. Dark aroma of yeast, basement, hops and malt. Sweetish flavour of malt, with fruity notes, offset by dusty and bitter, basement and hoppy touches. Mild finish. A decent Kellerbier.
