0,33 l swing top bottle BB 01. Nov 13 caramel, bread, hay, cereal, metallic, citrus, herbs, golden, clear, frothy but non-lasting white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, average carbonation Okay Helles - but despite the bottle nothing special.

Aroma has typical butter for a helles beer and also some honey. Taste contains some rather rancid butter.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear pale golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy bitter finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter, toasted malty and light bitter flavoured. Toasted and light breadish malty. Medium dry finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry, bitter, and bready finish.

clear yellow, small white head mild aroma, euro hops, dry and discreet. flavor is bitter, dry, euro-hops. discreete but very tasty.

Bottle, 33 cl, at Papsø’s. Clear golden with a small off white head. Sweet aroma of wet hay and sultanas. Taste is sweet malty, light spicy, bready, hayish, with not much bitterings hops in the finish. Not much fun, but what a nicely designed label!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Clean malty nose with a whiff of sulphur. Medium body, a clean and dry maltiness with some flowery hops. Gets a little late cardboard before the dry finish. 210113

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted, keller, light hay, moderate hoppy, wood - glue notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, keller. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120209]

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with thick frothy white head. Slightly spicy grain aroma, fresh dark bread. Taste is likely, some sweetness in the beginning, leaving a dry mouthfeel. One of the better Dortmunder/Helles.
