Bamberg jolly day 2. 25/01/2014. Bottle shared outside the brewery tap. Bright golden yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is lemony, resin and pine. Flavour is honey malt, pine, lemony hop. Slight grassy silage in the finish. Palate is full full sticky and resinous. Good stuff.

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Bottle outside the closed brewery. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is airy and crisp. Light pale malt, clean. Strong carbonation. Light peel bitterness and a little floralness. Dry crisp finish.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle shared outside the brewery tap - Buttenheim, 25/01/14. I saw the ’Straus’ museum on the map when I was plotting out these venues and thought of the denim based apparel but didn’t put zwei and zwei together ! Cheers Levi ! Clear light golden with a moderate white covering. Nose is citrus fruit, bread dough, light smokey nip. Taste comprises orange, bread dough, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, clean finale. Ok.
