Commercial Description:
Translation from French:
The Saint Ginglin Blonde is the Triple’s little sister. It is a part of the tradition of beers of great taste. It’s a top fermented beer, non centrifuged, unfiltered, non pasteurized, refermented in the bottle and thus naturally saturated. A subtle mixture of hops and spices gives it its fruity notes. Soft, it develops a lovely aromatic complexity. The St. Glinglin Blonde goes well with all the dishes of our region and can also be drunk as an aperitif.

Spotted in a craft beer shop in Cassel, norther France, along with its big brother, the Triple. Hazy blonde sur lie with a rustic feel - an amateurish label but none of that acrid home-brew nonsense. Grassy and honest, easily retrurnable to.
