vikasdesai (14), USA Apr 22, 2008 i ddin’t think this was a beer until i saw this one the website, actually lemon lime is the best flavor, but it is not listed here, the fact is this was a good change of pace from the 40’s old E and St. Ides, but yeah after 2-3 of these your stomach will hate you, very sweet and pretty reasonable if you limit yourself to half a bottle
Tmoney99 (3503), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jun 6, 2008 Bomber bottle from Root Cellar. Poured clear grape color with a medium frothy white head that diminshed quickly with minimal lacing. Light fruit & grain aroma. Light to medium body and lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a light grainy sweet finish of short duration. Cold wet alcohol with an infused fruit juice character. Gypsy19 (186), AMERICA RISING, USA May 1, 2008 This "Malt Liquor" is more like carbonated Cisco. Basically a wine cooler with a little more kick. Not bad for what it is, but I won’t be having it ever, ever again. Spiked fruit punch, in essence. Spiked with cheap rotgut grain alcohol, that is. Mad_Indian (797), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 27, 2008 Bottle with 2 inch thick dust on it. This is garbage. I mean really how can people rate this high.. Way too sweet not balanced. cheapdark (1547), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 7, 2008 Updated: Jul 11, 2008This is the berry flavored stuff. Big reddish foaming beer, with a pink head. Nice berry aroma. No bitter nastiness in the flavor. Friendly berry flavors at first. Alky impact builds thru the session. Something like a weaker wine cooler. Reminds me of the time when I was little, over at gramma’s house; she would mix homemade dago red with seven up or raspberry ginger ale. Get’s a little course near the end of this bomber. Tuff on the stomach.
