COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
On the basis of ancestral recipes, this relatively light blonde, remains faithful to the principles of the monks who populated the old abbey of Belgian. It refreshes intelligently, and will charm the thirst in hot weather.

Hazy yellow gold hue, with a frothy white head, leaving laces, yeasty nose, with some ripe apples fruitiness, bready dough, hint of cinnamon spiciness, sweet pale malt in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a some sweet pale malts, toasted malts too, a toffeeish accent, hint of spicy cinnamon, bready dough, leading towards a mild alcoholic warmth, and a faint hops bitterness finish.

Slightly clouded golden-blonde, some particules, small long-lasting white head. Light forestry smell with tree leaves and birch. Taste is fruity (red and green apples) with some tartness and sourness. Aggressive carbonation. Very short finish. Not very Belgian as far as the style is concerned and not very interesting. St-Idesbland is more meaningful.

33 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Light amber colour with a nice rocky head. Aroma of yeast, pineapple and other tropical fruit. Flavour of fruit, yeast, alcohol and quite sweet, ends up with a warm feeling from the alcohol.
