COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
On the basis of ancestral recipes, this relatively light blonde, remains faithful to the principles of the monks who populated the old abbey of Belgian. It refreshes intelligently, and will charm the thirst in hot weather.

Strong aroma of coriander, orange peel, citrus, then stone fruit and a little honey from the malt. It really reminds a blanche. Pale golden color with a very significant long-lasting foam. Bitter and well attenuated. High carbonation, light-bodied. Not the best belgian ever tasted but a decent one.

Bottle at Craft Room, Zagreb. Golden-amber body with a tiny white head. Honeyish flowery aroma, yeasty, strong and fruity, grapey. Honey, grapes, thin sweetish, far from cloying, perfumey, simple but interesting. OK Belgian ale.

Bit hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Slightly sweet taste. Medium body, lively carbonation. Okay, nothing special. //bottle at Craft Room

Feb ’15. A 0.33 l bottle, from Svijet Piva store, Zagreb. Thanks Zlatko! It poured slightly hazy yellow body with a big head atop. Quite lot of yeast and coriander in aroma. Flavor was an improvement, lightly sweet with pleasant biscuit and vanilla + spices but also bitter, with lot of yeast again, a weird combination. Lemon peel felt like spicing that bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, moderately long finish. Ends more on the bitter side. Okay, enjoyable but subpar for the style.

Bottle 0.33L. Hazy dark golden-to-orange body with a large, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with some lacing. Moderate malty (caramel) and light-to-moderate hoppy (citrus) aroma with notes of fruits and spices. Moderate sweet, light and bitter and acidic flavour. Light-to-medium body with watery-to-oily texture; soft carbonation.

Il colore č dorato molto carico, non troppo limpido. Schiuma biancastra e frizzantina. Aroma di lievito e spezie con punte floreali. Al palato elevata carbonazione, malto con amaro secondario. Alcol medio. Una blonde discreta che non sfonda.

CanCrusher (897) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - NOV 30, 2015
Bottle 0,33L. Courtesy of Gregor. Clear, dark golden color with average, frothy white head and lively visible carbonation. Aroma of sour youghurt, coriander, orange peel, similar to Belgian wits. Taste starts light sour, following is coriander and orange peel, while finish is medium bitter. Medium to full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Strange feeling, like drinking Belgian wit, although there is "blond" mark on the label.
