Bottle conditioned.
On the basis of ancestral recipes, this relatively light blonde, remains faithful to the principles of the monks who populated the old abbey of Belgian. It refreshes intelligently, and will charm the thirst in hot weather.

Bottle, 330ml. A hazy golden colour with a good head. A spicy aroma with hints of yeast and caramel. A spicy hop flavour with a touch of malt and citrus. High carbonation. Fairly dry. Really tasty.

Hazy golden-orange body with a small but delicious lacing head. Spicy coriander aroma with some malt and sourish yeast. Refreshing mouthfeel, sourish flavor of yeast and malt, tons of coriander, moderated carbonation. Some citruses, orange peel, some must taste. Sourish aftertaste, coriander stays on the tongue.

Pours a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is sweet of malt, yeast and fruity notes. Flavour is pleasantly spicy and nicely balanced between the malt and hops. Medium bodied with a sweet dry finish.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Hazy gold, lasting white head. It’s an ok blond, bit like a mix of a blond and a tripel. Rather a mature likeable bond. Yep, fine, bit more syrupy than some. Maybe could do with a bit more hop.

Refreshing beer with fruit and some bitterness at the end. Rather carbonated. A better alternative to the usual blonde

Bottled at Take One in Mestreech. Dark golden color, average head. Aroma is overly yeasty with spices, same is like the flavour. Overdone blond.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A hazy orange beer with a thin light orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet fruity with light notes of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. The body is medium strong.
