As Duinen Tripel, looks old, no date. Dark orange, thin off white foam. Aroma is sweet, malty, honey, light clove, bananas, pears, caramel apples. Taste is again honey, floral, pears, apples, fruitiness, caramel malts.

Think that I picked this up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Belgium, on way to the Kemmel campsite, Belgium, 09-06-09 Pours mid gold with white big bubbly head and busy carbonation. Aroma is quite boozy, but there is a good dollop of yeast and malts in the there also. Sweet at first but also quite fruity with the alcohol quite prevalent throughout which tends to take the shine off things. Malty, tangy and yeasty with dab of citrus, its fine. A5 A4 F6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Golden with chunks, lasting white head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit with a metallic edge. Sweet yeasty flavour with a citrus acidity, and some alcohol in the finish.

[2102-20090419] 330mL bottle. Aroma of yeast and more yeast. Hazy, light orange yellow body with a long-lasting foamy white head and lots of big floaties. Heavy floral yeast flavour has a sweet mild cola finish. Medium body. Good.

Bottle at Académie De La Bière. Dark gold color with a nice white head.Smells like a yeasty triple. Body’s a bit thin. Carbonation is mild. Flavor is yeast spice with hints of kandi. Finishes towards dry. There are better triples.
