Our IPA is bright copper in color with a wonderful citrusy hop aroma. Island Hoppin has a great malty body that pairs well with the dry hoppy finish. IBU’s 50, Warrior, Cascade, Willamette.

An interesting beer. Hazy golden color, with a white head. Aromas of pine/spruce hops, and some citrus. Tastes of pine/spruce/floral hops, lemon/lime citrus, and some touches of cedar wood. Dry tasting, bittersweet finish. Not bad, just a bit underwhelming. The cedar flavor is neat though.

Shared bottle @RBNAG-11. Clear, deep amber. Low off-white head. Discreet aroma of sweet caramelly malts and light fruity and minty hops. Heavily sweet and light peppery malt flavor. Solid bitterness. Light fruity hop flavor. Oily mouthfeel, bordering on sticky. Over the top sweet ending.

Hmm I’ve never seen this before and from the Virgin Islands what the hell. Best by 8/2012 Pours a medium copper color with a dense white head that slowly dissipates to a cap and leaves decent lace on the way down. Smells IPA-ish citrus and sweet caramel malts with emphasis on malt. Taste is mostly caramel, butterscotch and bready malt with a smattering of citrus and earthy hops. Medium thin body with a moderate, level of carbonation and a sweet bubbly mouthfeel. Mediocre at best and damn you Shipyard for tricking me into buying another one of your beers.
