COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA is bright copper in color with a wonderful citrusy hop aroma. Island Hoppin has a great malty body that pairs well with the dry hoppy finish. IBUís 50, Warrior, Cascade, Willamette.

Bottle, from trade with Saxo. Itís a clear, amber body and a finger-thick, off-white head leaving some lacings. Peachy, piney and resiny nose. The flavor has some sweetness, but it feels mostly dry on the palate. Medium body, nice carbonation. The flavor has sweetness, some maltyness and lots of lovely hoppyness. Nice bitterness. A tasteful, easy drinkable and quite pleasant beer I could easily drink a few of. 110827

BillWyce (723) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 5, 2011
From notes: pours a hazy orange-amber with a one-finger white head. Aroma was mild citrusy hops. Medium-bodied. Taste was of citrusy hops, but again mild. I might agree with a previous reviewer who suggested that itís better classified as a pale ale, as neither the aroma or taste is sharp enough to make me think IPA. Nondescript, but by no means bad.
