Our IPA is bright copper in color with a wonderful citrusy hop aroma. Island Hoppin has a great malty body that pairs well with the dry hoppy finish. IBU’s 50, Warrior, Cascade, Willamette.

Bottle From Total Wine Fort Lauderdale. Pours turgid, toilet water brown with a thin white head that has a good amount of carbonation. Slight pineapple note on the nose. A fair amount of citrus on the tongue. Not getting any bitterness so it feels a bit flabby. I imagine I’d get bored with this one pretty quickly.

Pours hazy, brown amber with a small, light tan head. Aroma is sweet toffee. Taste is malty and sweet with a sharp, herbal hop bitter. Becomes more floral as it goes... Quite nice.....pleasant.

Bottle at Man in the Moon, August 2012. (my first beer from Virgin Islands) Clear medium amber with a medium white head. Drinkable but a bit bland. Not that hoppy and fruity. Medium body and carbonation.

Intriguing citrus aroma and brown orange appearance with a changing complex taste and warming mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours out a dark amber color with a small white head. Aroma is of stale bread, light caramel malts, light floral hops and thats about it. Taste is much the same, some honey appears on the palate with a mild bite of rather 1 dimensional hop flavor on the finish.
