2.4 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Murky yellow/orange color with a thin wispy head. Strongly has an aroma of paste. Tastes sort of citrusy with a nice body and texture. Finish lingers a bit with a bit of a coating in the aftertaste.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Had on draft in St. John’s tap room. Served with lemon. .smells lemony. Taste is horrendous. Bitter unpleasant and rude. Just terrible. You should see my face and how repulsed I am

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Somewhat sour wheat but I would agree that I would drink this if I were out a day on the beech. Not super drinkable. Pure yellow bodied.JoshuaR’s bottle.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Mostly just a lager. Little sense of wit. Finishes with a little caramel malt. Pours clear with no head or lacing. Slight astringency at finish. Bottle from brewpub in St. John.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Serving: Draft at the brewpub and in 12 oz. bottles. It pours a hazy yellow with a slight white head. The nose is over ripe oranges, lemon, and spice with slight wheat notes. The flavor is light and citrusy but leaves you wanting a bit more. In the bottle it can be downright flavorless. Light body with a clean finish. Meh.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a cloudy yellow with medium froth. Nose hinted at the spices and I citrus as you would expect form the style. Slick in the mouth, the favors promised didn’t fully materialize and the whole thing ended up a little bland. It was nice t try something from a different area, but it’s obvious these are brewed for refreshment in the Caribbean heat, not necessarily to embody a particular style.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On Tap at the Tap Room St. John US Virgin Island. Unremarkable but solid wit......apparently much better than the bottled version. Pours hazy with a frothy head, good carbonation without being overcarbonated like the bottle. Light and clean describe the aroma and flavor, bit of banana, clove, and lemon.

Not a bad brew at all, just not the biggest in flavor-- these VI beers are brewed for hot island days IMO. Props for this style and a more solid finished product here. Would drink again for a session beer, but wouldn’t really seek out another unless I was back in the Virgin Islands w/ the islands limited choices in craft beer.
