Commercial Description:
Our new Island Summer Ale is a light refreshing beer created with our warm weather in mind. It is the perfect summer ale to enjoy at the beach or while sailing the Caribbean seas. Originally brewed at The Tap Room on St. John. Currently available only in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold with a small-moderate white head that faded to a film after a third of the glass and left virtually no lace. Aroma is...well there is no aroma. Some scant malt if I really really concentrate on it. The flavor is very indescript with only some mild bread at the finish to distinguish itself. Frankly, this is much more reminiscent of a pale lager than an ale. Lawn mower beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a very small white head. Aroma of citrus and sweet malt. Taste is the same with a bit of tartness. Medium thin spritzy mouthfeel with a slightly tart finish. Not bad for a summer beer.

12oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and slightly hazy yellow/gold color with a few floaties that look like lemon pulp. Aroma is slightly sweet wheat/light malt, husky, citrus, wheat. Taste is slighty sweet wheat/light malt, husky, citrus, wheat/spice (continental?) hops. A bit off on the taste, maybe a bit tart/seltzery. Decent light bodied beer. Thanks to MarkC for sharing.

Bottle. Small local gathering. Pours a deep hazy golden colour with a small white head. Sweet malty lemon aroma. Soft sparkling mouthfeel. The flavour has a nice sweetish maltiness with lemon and some bitter hops. Fruity short malty finish. Beach beer for sure.
