Hazy yellow color, white head. Malty, spicy, acidic, citrus, yeasty scent. Spicy, clove, phenolic, alcohol taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Spicy phenolic aftertaste, also alcohol.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white. The aroma is sweet with notes of flowers and some citrus. The flavor is with notes of citrus, yeast, and flowery hops. Very fresh, with a light bitter finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and yeasty. Metallic, light blood like and flat malty. Bitter and grassy flavoured finish. Simple.

Bottle. [Papsoe grand American tasting] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Pale clear yellow color. Aroma of mild floral, hint of grass and cardboard, dusty grain. Over the palate came mild metallic notes with light alcoholic feel. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet and mild acidic flavor with a hint of bitterness. Lingering metallic malty finish.

A Light golden color slightly hazy. An aroma of fruits .. apple/citrus and some yeast. Taste is slightly dry with a sweet fruity taste. Some taste of malt and yeast. Almost cider like. The finish is dry, citric/fruity and some hops.

Bottle 33. Very nice and tasty beer. This one is less typical than the Classic St Landelin. The dry hoping did add an herbal aroma, quite less alcoolic for this style. Same color as a pils beer, good carbonation, the beer is quite swee.
