L’impressione, a tratti, è quella di masticare una lamiera di ferro; è infatti un pò metallica. Ma non è nemmeno troppo malvagia. Siamo nel Limbo. Dante non me ne voglia.

Bottled, 330ml from Carrefour, Coquelles, France. Hazy lemon to straw with white head. Initially fairly herby, hints of thyme and basil, this gets overwhelmed a little by a honeyed sweetness giving it a thicker palate than expected. Yeasty sweet finish, it’s quite reasonable though.

Pours a light yellow with a tall frothy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, citrus and yeast. Taste is also sweet malt, citrus and yeast leading to a light bitter finish and some warm alcohol mouth feel. Not bad.
