St. Louis Framboise

On tap at Hamiltons. Dark red with a pink creamy head. Strong raspberry aroma and taste, but nothing special.

Had this at Tyler’s in Carrboro, NC. Pours a bright, clear pink with a small, pink head. Aroma is raspberries and sugar, i.e. raspberry soda. Body is very light and highly carbonated like a soda. Aftertaste is sour and acidic. Overall very tart, dry, and sour.

Light red coloured. Has a creamy, pink head, mostly lasting. Aroma has pure raspberries. Flavor is moderate acidic. Dry, watery texture. Light astringent.

Poured light red color with a pinkish off white head. Aroma was was of sour raspberries and some funk. Flavor was much the same, not as sour as expected, a little fake tasting.

reddish hued with a pink white head, it has flowery aroma of sweetness and spice, the flavor is tart sugar blend of rasberry.

750 ml bottle from Total Wine. Pours a pink head with a spritzy red body and a rose-like aroma. Flavors are tangy and sweet with raspberries, apple cider, and sour apple in the finish. High carbonation and light body. Very refreshing; a good balance of tartness and sweetness.

12.7 oz. bottle. Ruddy brown pour with a tightly carbonated head that lasts forever. Aroma is raspberries, pleasant, but one dimensional and very sweet. Flavor is very similar, but shows the faintest hint that something wild happened here. Very sweet. Really, this is dessert.

Bottle at the St.Josephs Hospital wine and cheese event in Bangor. Dark reddish color with a faintly sweet nose. Sweet ,highlly crabonated, and less fruity than some other lambics. Eh.
