Aug 2, 2008 750 ml bottle; Pour reveals a brownish-red in color and a thin, white, foamy head. Aroma is of raspberries, sweetness, and a little alcohol. It is much sweeter than any other framboise lambics I’ve had. Not one of my favorites.

Jul 27, 2008 Pours ruby into a flute. Pink head hugs rim. Bright straw and raspberry aromas. Musky, sweet raspberry seeds with a lasting seed finish.

Apr 24, 2008 (draft @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Dark pink color with a light pink head. Aroma is sour and sweet with lots of raspberries and sugar. Flavor is sweet at the beginning, a little sour and tart, but very sweet and candy-like at the end. Good raspberry flavor.

Damn, this category is destroyed by some bad examples... pour is nice, deep red - very clear. A small creamy white film head on top. Aroma is sweet, sweet, raspberry jam, sugar and light yeast. Light and lively mouthfeel. Flavour is equally sweet, lightly artificially fruity. Far too sweet.

Mar 20, 2008 Draft @ Eulogy: Poured a thick looking red liquid. The aroma was straight up raspberries. The flavor was sweet and tart raspberries. An awesome Lambic!

Mar 4, 2008 Sweet delicious berries! I like Lambics a lot, and this is probably one of the better ones I’ve had. A tasty flavor with a nice mouth feel. I could drink dangerous amounts of this- good thing it’s so low in alcohol!
